I am going crazy & nobody cares: finding your way in a changing world
Ever feel like someone or something has pulled the carpet out from under your feet? Most of us have! Change can be an enormous source of anxiety; it often means saying farewell to the secure, the predictable, and the comfortable. Even when change is welcome, it can still be a painful reality. This program provides opportunities for participants to explore their personal coping styles for dealing with change, uncover some of their panic pitfalls, and develop strategies for finding their feet again.

But What can I do? Unleashing your passion in service to the world
Are you destined to make great contributions to your world? I believe you are! Come discover four steps to unleashing our world’s greatest natural resource: your passion. Participants beware - this program is not designed for anyone happy to spend their life on the sidelines. Attending this program just might forever change the way you live your life.

The Passion Factor
A new toy, a new friend, even a string found on the ground. As children we seem to glow with passion about almost anything. Unfortunately, for many, as we grow in years, we shrink in passion. This program encourages participants to tap into their potential, align their resources, and affirm their purpose.

Survival Kit for the overworked, underappreciated & stressed out
As leaders of thought and action on campus, we often experience service fatigue. This program unpacks strategies for unlocking creative energy, developing resilience, and maintaining momentum within ourselves and others. Through both reflective and interactive exercises, participants will prepare for the personal and professional journey from surviving to thriving.

WorldMatters: Leading with P.E.A.C.E.
Utilizing the P.E.A.C.E. model, this program explores five dimensions of leadership in a multicultural world: Power, Education, Advocacy, Communication, and Enthusiasm. This program provides skills, tools, and strategies necessary in co-creating environments where people are: (1) valued and supported, (2) welcomed to connect with those around them, and (3) encouraged to contribute to the greater good.

The Idea Exchange
We are all experts on our own experience. This interactive program offers participants the opportunity to be both teacher and student in a fast-paced “exchange of ideas.” This program is great for groups of any size.

Communication-in-Context
Communication encounters are much like the toy blocks we played with as children. We can stumble on them, we can hurt people with them, or we can build with them. Constructive, supportive, and intentional communication is the foundation of any successful team or organization. Communication-in-Context programs are customized to develop and strengthen the following communication building blocks: crafting and delivering powerful messages, effective listening, navigating conflict, giving and receiving feedback, and coalition building.

A Facilitator’s Guide to the Universe
Working on campus means working with people - it’s really that simple. However, just because it’s simple doesn’t mean it is necessarily easy. Working with groups can be a source of great frustration; doing it effectively is a hallmark of great leadership. This program addresses the following essential facilitation competencies: mastering the process, managing distractions, developing and balancing participation, and dealing with difficult situations.

LET’S PLAY: Building Blocks to Unity and the Games of Life
At an early age we began playing games to practice life skills.  Some of us played house, others played school, and still others played war.  While most of us have left these games behind, the lessons that we learned still impact our daily lives.  This fun, interactive program uses games and initiatives to facilitate group learning around a wide array of organizational issues.  Each program is tailored to meet your unique needs!

Shut Up, You’re Offending Me: Dealing with Challenging People and Difficult Situations
Ever want to look at someone and scream SHUT UP? We are all faced with the challenge of individuals that from time to time get on our last nerve. This program explores strategies for dealing with these challenges while maintaining individual and group dignity.

A Survival Kit for Miracle Workers
As leaders in our homes, in our organizations and in our communities, we often feel overworked, underpaid, under appreciated and overwhelmed, all while trying to perform what feels like miracles. This program invites participants to reflect upon strategies for unlocking potential, developing resilience, and maintaining momentum, first, within ourselves and then within others. Through both reflective and interactive exercises participants will begin to pack for the personal and professional road ahead.
