A whole lot of folk are currently experiencing significant change / changes. Maybe this includes you.
Some change is of our own choosing. Some Change is not.
Contrary to what many believe, successfully navigating change is not a natural talent. It is not something some of us are born with and others are not.
Successfully Navigating Change
is not something that some people can do and others can't.
Navigating Change
- is a skillset that can be learned.
- involves tools that can be acquired.
- requires a mindset that can be cultivated.
This is not to suggest that Successfully Navigationg Change
is a one size fits all proposition (most things aren't).
I find that when it comes to the introverted/extroverted continuum, a whole lot of change initiatives and change resources cater to the needs of those who fall closer to the extraverted end of things.
Responding to feedback and requests, I have custumized a Navigating Change program to shift the focus to the introverted end of things.
If you are more on the introverted end of things or if you lead folks who are more introverted than you, I designed this program especially for you.
Join me and fellow Change Navigators
for month of support, encouragement, growth, and practical resources for successfully navigating change.
