A Dilemma:

For a whole lot of committed, talented, and, usually, engaged people, Winter 2025 has been exceptionally challenging.

In recent weeks, my conversations with clients-partners, coaching-clients, colleagues, and friends have been peppered with:

  • words like fatigue, frustration, and discontent;
  • words like uncertainty, instability, and fear; and
  • words like divisiveness, conflict, and disengagement.

Winter has long been understood – both literally and figuratively – as a dark and, often, hard season, but only a season. Spring is on its way.

My Response:

In response to this very real and understandable need, I have created a five-week experience designed to help you

  • center your wellness,
  • marshal your resources,
  • hone your communication skills, and
  • strengthen your relationships all while you
  • balance your capital "P" priorities.

    Program Overview:

Spring Forward: Flourishing at Home, at Work, and in the World is a five-week (M-F) program.

Each week a theme will guide our way:

    • week one: surviving winter (well-being during difficult seasons)
    • week two: signs of life (vibrant-life resources)
    • week three: clearing the way (communicating across divides)
    • week four: cultivating community (meaningful and manageable connections)
    • week five: interconnections and the three sisters (balancing life’s priorities)

Participants have three ways of engaging with each theme:

    • Morning Messages

Every Monday through Friday morning messages arrive in your inbox with a quote, a tool for consideration, and a reflection question

    • Midweek Huddles

Come for the accountability. Come for the support. Come for the resources. Come for the connections.

These twenty-minute huddles (zoom sessions) provide an opportunity to connect with fellow particiapnts for a midweek recharge.

      • 1:00p eastern
      • 12:00n central
      • 11:00a mountain
      • 10:00a pacific
    • Lunch-and-Learn Sessions

Every Friday lunch-and-learn sessions bring participants together for a 60-minute virtual workshop focused on resource sharing, skill building, and application of the week's theme to flourishing at home, at work, and in the world.

      Fridays:

      • 12:30p-1:30p eastern
      • 11:30a-12:30p central
      • 10:30a-11:30a mountain
